I found a couple angles on the way to the door.
Just cause I didn't take a pic, don't mean I missed it. ;D
No really, I spotted a few things heading to the door,
and made sure to get a closer look.
I did miss some stuff over in the far corner, just had to go.

That Cammer Starliner was one of my favourite cars at the show. Looked like it had a 64 Galaxie XL dash cluster and seats swapped in too. The 55 Chrysler from Trepanier beside it was my other favourite.
My buddy Stu that I went down with took a ton of photos, I'll post some up once he passes them along to me.
cheers

Different car, Vermeersch still has his. On Saturday night between the show and Denise's party we had dinner with a retired Ford engineer and hot rodder, Lou Williams, who lives in Livonia just down the street from Denise. The Starliner was one car that came up in conversation.
Lou is an interesting guy, I met him through the Super Coupe Club. He was a driveline engineer who helped develop an Eaton M90 blower package for the 4.6 T-Bird (he still has this on his 94 LX Bird) as a proposed SVT vehicle. Also has a nice 66 Ranchero in his garage. One of the other cool things he did at Ford was help oversee the program with Roush that took a Super Coupe to Bonneville. The first time they got mid 190s out of the car, then when they went back they got a production class record of 205 mph.
Speaking of Denise, I forgot to ask her about checking in on these forums. I'll have to send her a p.m. through the HAMB.
cheers

Guess he's still around, we actually just talked about the car, not him. Is he not at Total Performance any more??
cheers
