Cooling the car in southern states is a challenge. Even though the A/C did great, there's only so much you
can do when you have T-tops. Raf got some shades for inside the T's, this year in Alabama and Louisiana we
saw marked improvement on keeping the cabin cool. Engine did great as well. One hour construction tie up
in 90 degree weather, engine just got a little hot even though thermostat said road temp was 112.
No overheating..... awesome we love power tours T

I used a Vintage Air Gen 2 mini, it is the smallest box they sell, the part number is 66005-VUZ-A. I bought a system with defrost mode, you can get it without defrost if you want. The fitting's at the firewall came from vintage air also, you'll have to look at there website for those numbers. You'll have to bend some brackets to hold it up, it's a tight fit but it fits, Hope this help's let me know

Nice build. Do you have a parts list for your Vintage Air setup? I have a 87 MCSS that I am building and I would like to install it in.

I didn't install the resistors. Everything worked fine after replacing the turn signal flasher's, but the turn signal indicators on the dash would stay lit all the time or when the parking and or head lamps were on. I was able to fix that problem by rewiring the front turn signal side marker. If you get to that point I can send you pictures and a wiring diagram of what to do. If you do put the resistors in you probably won't have that problem. They have 2 different styles of turn signal flashers, 1 worked for the 4 ways the other worked the left-right signal.

Thanks! I'm going to talk to them and see what's available now.

Did you have to install the inline resistor they sell as well?

Did you use the right angle versions of the 1157's? I've seen their site but never been to their retail location (know where it is though).

I got them from superbrightleds.com, they plug right in to your factory socket, you will have to change your turn signal flasher's also, I changed all the light's to LED'S accept for the headlamps. There located in your home state in St.Louis
