CAR JUNKIE OPEN HOUSE AND MINI CRUISE FEB 15-17--NOW UPDATED WITH HOTEL INFO

OK! We're ready to bring you guys our first gearhead bash. Here's the deal:

Feb 15: Meet at the cruise night at the historic Bob's Big Boy in Toluca Lake (Burbank), about 5-9 pm
Feb 16: Free barbeque, free beer, open house, and bench racing at the Car Junkie TV shop, noon to whenever
Feb 17: Caravan from the Car Junkie TV shop to legendary Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield for a day of open test 'n tune

At the open house we'll be asking everyone to sign releases because we'll be filming a segment and interviewing guys and taping thier cars for the site. We'll be inviting lots of edtors and local speed businesses and we hope to pack the place. Any gearhead is welcome.

Don't forget that you can make a longer weekend out of it or bring the family and take them to nearby Universal Studios, or you could go to a Tonight Show taping, or the Petersen Museum or any number of other local attractions.

I have to be back in Ely on the 18th (Damn training, I was supposed to have the 15th-20th off normally, but can't miss training >) so I may have to cut out early on the 17th, but I'll be there in either the Skylark or the T-bird.
