It's gonna be 80 today and then go back down to the 60's.At least with the weather yesterday I was able to swap tires and do some cleaning in the garage. It was nice to get back to doing some car work..

Bootiful! High at or just below 80, low humidity, sunny with just a couple of clouds, Carolina blue sky. It was pretty nice in JAX, FL too but good to be home - for however long I'll be here 'till the next FL trip (they're working on a schedule).

high of 76 today, snow still on the ground. Be it the piles off the driveways.
feels tropical.. rather funny.

ABS light kicks on after a full stop..then goes out.
Must be roasting the back brakes now.. just did the front ones.
This one does not need scraper noises to trigger the damn ABS


oh well. Going to be summer... puff up the a/c and start off with fresh brakes and oil.

9pm.. 65F, heavy rain. Feels very southern...with snow on the ground.

one river is over the banks to the north. Flood watches in place for my area.

cold spot of the .. nation.
the pause is pondering a warm pacific breeze in the middle of an alaskan iceberg from saying continent.




a ten hour ride away has steel creaking, cab mounts moaning as the temps double.
We used to do that in trucking all the time.

you know those pipe mirrors hanging off the side of older trucks? we warmed up so fast we had one pop like a can right off the side of the truck.

oh the welders abnormal routine I got in my head...
its like looking down at cozy chicklets in the warm nest...cute little projects, and happy sandal stories.

I'll get a pic of the last day of the driveway pile.. it is going to be later in this month than I originally thought.
this month here is very dynamic. We have had 90s F.. all the way to teens F.
this week is going to be cold at night.
