Is paypal the best way to collect payment for an item someone want you to ship to them? I posted a few mustang parts on CL on was a 6 cat h-pipe from a 96 GT. I have a guys saying he wants me to cut it up and ship him just the cats not the pipe, he will prepay..... I listed the mid pipe for $300 I don't know why anyone would want it cut up unless its for scrap, are they worth more as scrap?

maybe that's what I was thinking. But now it looks like he can not read. I listed a number of parts ranging from $5-300 and I put $100 in for the search. Don't get me wrong I use paypal all the time but this one just seems strange. Ive never used it on craigslist just because there's so many scammers on there.Comment

CL is really supposed to be local , no reason for Paypal.
