Boom town... man I don't miss that place.

Midland that is. I hate to hear the track shut down but I'm not surprised he can't get help. I have a friend who works there, it's nuts. The oil prices falling like they are is going to make that place a ghost town probably.

I talked to a buddy of mine this morning who just got back from there last night and everywhere he went, people told him how bad the crime rate is right now with unemployment. he said the hotel kept emphasizing not to leave anything in the vehicle because of it. I would think that unemployment may go away since gas here has gone up around $.70 a gallon in the last 3 weeks and diesel up around $ .30.
