  • I didn't realize they were that cheap...

Apparently, $50,000 plus around $15,000 in shipping can get you a refurbished T-72 main battle tank.

A lot of money, but you could get some of it back by renting it out for people who want seriously epic bachelor parties.

Iraqi Gulf War refugees ... never fired, only surrendered once. Cosmolene and sand removal at new owner's expense I guess.

"Hello Academy? I know you guys have been short on ammo for a while, but could you check and see if you have any 125mm rounds available?"

    forget tannerite!!!

I'd do it in a second.
Seeing the $5k addon just to go to midwest..

I gotta dock on the east coast of maine and a truck willing.
I'll set up a 3k delivery midwest, 5k west coast.
..and keep one tank to play with my subaru.

..and a 2368 cubic inch v12 for my version of a maine logger truck...that will never be on TV, pretending huge.

I'll put "38 liter" on the hood scoop as a hint.

A guy in Knoxville bought a British Chieftan Mark 11 back in 2004, he let the city know about it and when it was being delivered but no one believed him apparently. The SWAT team was called out when he took delivery of it and drove it home through downtown. I can't find the original news article, but here is a bad copy of it. I laughed my ass off when I read this in the paper! The guys had no idea how to even drive it, but that didn't stop them from figuring it out on public streets!

          I'm probably wrong

I bet it's decent on snow. Gas mileage might be an issue.

I do know going sideways across a hill will make it slide sideways untill it hits something..
Even crawlers with mud tracks slide sideways if you try to go cross slope..
Trick is to drop the blade and hope you can face downhill, using the blade for a brake.. Doesn't work as good acking down..

2 gallons per mile. I've been in "pleasure boats" that do worse.
