  • What Wheels Are These?

My friend bought a 94 F-150 with a Royal conversion.
The wheels are decent, but they need center caps.
They look like ARE wheels with 7" bolt on caps. (He measured, the cap holes are 7")
I haven't found any comparable wheels online.

Any idea what these wheels are?

on a conversion style truck, I would bet they are "Prime" wheels, and Prime has been gone for a long time. ebay, or custom fab a set, or a trip to a local rim shop for some updated kicks??

edit: lots of time those conversion companies would buy wheels in bulk, so the vendor (ARE, Prime, Enkie) would customize the wheels, with exclusive caps, only available from the conversion company.

I'd say they're the ugly kind.

They look like Primes. I figured someone here would know.

They're ugly, but they got a nice set of tires on them.
It's a resale truck, he doesn't want to put a lot into it.

Then tell your friend not to worry about them and sell "as is".

              He's not worried about them...
He's making a trip to the junkyard, he might find a set of caps..
It helps to know what to look for.

OK, possibly "worried" is not the correct term to use here ... what I ment to say is; "don't waste time trying to source replacement caps". If he's going to the junkyard for other stuff and is just going to keep his eye out for them, then that's another matter entirely.
