  • Vector Rims....Turbines....any other names for this style wheel?

I've seen this style wheel called Vectors, Turbines, and several other names I can't recall.

What have you guys called them? Kinda looking for a set in a 5 on 5.5 pattern.

turbine is a common name for them. I think there are other names, too...I'd have to thumb through an old hot rod magazine from the 70s to remember

That style, when made by American Racing Wheels, is a Vector.

When I was a kid they were "Groovy". Not sure that was a name, just our verdict on them.

those are very cool, on the right vehicle. I had a zephyr with little 14 inch versions.. think they called them fan blade, and did not deep dish like the vector.

                    nice wheels.

To each his own.....I always liked them on CJ Jeeps. And some other stuff, not everything can pull them off.

Stude, which wheels are your preference on CJ's?

Vector has less spokes though I think, like the "General Lee" style.

Definitely suit a car with other touches that match the era of the wheels.

Around here we used to call them "snomags" - the white painted steel 8 spokers.
