    It's really a moot issue if Ray Meyers goes a to b and turns in a low 10 second slip like he has every day. He did the sealed hood thing too.

    Don't know if anyone quicker than Ray did it.

              It's an optional thing allowing bragging rights if you can finish w/o opening the hood - or the engine if you also opted to have the engine sealed. No idea if there's any other benefit to be gained like a trophy or something.

                        4:22 p.m. - Jim Forbes’ Gasser A Chevy II makes its first pass of the day at a 10.942. That will likely make him the class winner. Doug Flynn makes a second pass in his Street Race Big Block Power Adder Nova. He only knocks 0.003 second off his time today, but his time should hold up with a 0.15-second lead on Kyle Coy.

                            smokey didnt have a car that lightweight... Squirrel hasnt got anywhere to hide anything... the hood stayed sealed...
