My wife and I like to visit art galleries when we travel...I'm willing look at anything, check my prejudices at the door and attempt to embrace whatever it is the 'artist' is trying to convey. Be open to new ideas, new ways of thinking, different interpretations, etc. Of late, I'm making an effort to bring this same attitude to the things I see at car shows.
Case in point, the photos below. Not so very long ago I would have rejected this automotive interpretation as ridiculous. But at last weekends Virginia Motorsports Park Restoration Reunion I simply couldn't keep away from it, couldn't stop walking back to look at it, to admire all the details and pure wildness of it. I think it's great!
