    I went to a swap meet Sunday in NH, and took the camera this time. Lots of interesting stuff. Brought a ramp and a longbox truck just in case, you never know.

    Came home with this '73 CB750. Passed it on to Greg already though.

        man... those 350 Honda's are seriously badder asser.... now how much was the 750 ... You need to make me feel bad..

          Keith there was a 350-4 at the swap meet we went to on Saturday. Reni said no. :'(

                      Well, the prices at meets are always high aren't they? Gotta start somewhere. Some of the stuff was over priced, but some was reasonable. That Triumph was a deal. I figured for about $500 you could fix it, including the stupid looking exhaust, and if the guy would have taken $1500 for it, you would have a cool bike if that style is what you like. You certainly couldn't build one up from a stocker for that amount of cash.

                      Finding stuff just laying around is the thing to do.

                      Last week I bought this '78 Yamaha for $50 from a local yard. Put a battery and some fresh gas in it, cleaned the plugs, and it fired right up (even started from the electric start!) and ran excellent. The bike sat for a few years, but the way it runs, we're not even pulling the carbs off, which is a given with these things that have sat around.
