Re: some interesting Hamb posts
Good input over at the HAMB regarding that old Dodge pickup I'm after.
Strange, they're usually pretty harsh over there on the FNG's. Actually getting some help on this one...The official Bangshift garage door guru. Just about anything can be built using garage door parts, trust me.

Re: some interesting Hamb posts
it's not the HAMB board or it's founder that keep me away from that place; it's the user community that lives there. On the bright side, at least they have the full gamut of people I can't stand: haters, nomenclature freaks, and violation gamers; if it's "more opinion than experience" that you're after, you'll find an abundance of it on the HAMB. That, and plenty of guys whose showroom stock Hemis make 900hp and pull the wheels on plastic bias ply tires ;)www.realtuners.com - catch the RealTuners Radio Podcast on Youtube, Facebook, iTunes, and anywhere else podcasts are distributed!

I joined up at the H.A.M.B. after corresponding alot with Denise (HotRodLadyCrusr) about Traditional Hot Rodding and Car Clubs. She is a really great gal, lots of fun and friendly toward everyone. Unfortunately, the rest of the members over there did not seem to share that sentiment, especially with FNG's. My '63 Chevy II Nova SS just didn't cut it ....

Re: some interesting Hamb posts
I have a buddy at work that is a member of the HAMB. He was trying to get me to take the Fairlane wagon to a drag race event that a bunch of those guys go to. As I was looking at the information that he gave me I noticed that it said "Please leave your high tech hot rods at home"! I figure that is their way of telling me that I am not invited.
