SpeekTalk makes the HAMB look like a bunch of amateurs.

I've checked it out a couple of times but I'm not into hanging with a bunch of Pseudo Intellectuals, that think their shit don't stink.

Jenkins Fan reminds me a lot of another rather controversial member we have/had here........and the post style reminds me a lot of that individual.

    MOPARS_RULE.......naw, couldn't be.

    *sighs*

You prefer the H.A.M.B., that's cool.

Lots of folks here prefer BangShift...and that's cool too.

True, there are some Freiburger devotees here.....once again, nothing wrong with that.

There are those whom aren't afraid to call him out on the carpet when they disagree....but there's a way to do it without being disagreeable(I didn't just quote.......*smacks forehead*)...but you get my point.

It ain't all DF disciples over here, so don't do yourself or anyone else here the disservice of making that erroneous assumption..........

Besides, Chad Reynolds and Brian Lohnes are running this show now......and we STILL camp out here, so it must be something more than just DF.

Oh, and BTW....welcome to the site.

HAMB seems to me to be a message board set up to cater to a group of people who's interests fall within certain limits of the automotive hobby. There's nothing wrong with that. Most of the complaining I'm hearing here about the place, seems to be coming from people who dislike having to adhere to their rules, written or otherwise. The solution is simple - don't go there, and you won't have to worry about it. I'm pretty sure the regular membership there won't miss those of us who choose a different path of the hobby.

At the end of the day, we are all doing the car thing for fun. If building '50s style jalopies and dressing like a greaser is their idea of fun, and they want to limit their message board to that, that shouldn't be a problem for the rest of us.

    Bada-BINGO.
