This was my lucky day 25 years ago - and all the days since have been pretty good. This is the day that ME said "I do" and I said "I do" and we have ever since. In some ways it seems like last week and in some ways I can't hardly remember that time before.

Good on you Dan. You are one of the great ones, and don't forget ME is lucky to have YOU, too.

I only witnessed 25 years for myself in recent times.
its like 12.5 for a good marriage...and the wisdom to know it.

        50 for a crazy veteran.

        37 for subaru drivers.

        23 for gmc pickups.

40 years working for the same company. Yesterday. Nobody knew, nobody cared. Just busied around like always.

I've been married longer than that!
Don't feel bad, nobody but my wife and I ever remember..
My older brother married one week after we did, mom remembers their's... But not our's..
Says it is because we have kids and they don't...

Dan and ME... 25 s a good number.. Especially when you had a false start with others..
There is a good comfortable feeling about being with a good mate..
            CONGRATS!

Congratulations Dan. The only relationship I've had for 25 years outside family had been with some of my cars. It would be 23 years in November for me if I'd gotten a decent girl my first time.

Todd - I kept getting up to bat 'till I got a homer.

Sue - Sort of. ME is allergic to tomatoes (and a lot else) so I had an Italian feast all by myself. In fact, she wasn't even home as she had choir practice. We're old married people, I guess. But every day is a good one.

Kinda sounds alot like my marriage too..
She has her garden and seed exchange
I got the derby stuff as well as my 57..
Of course I do all the tilling.. She used to do a 50X100 foot garden all by herself, tilling and all..
How age regulates us to the sidelines...
