I finally nailed it to my taste.
This with an anti-oxide drink (most fruit- pasta sauce, etc etc). Damn healthiest feeling ever. If it needs the bathroom some hours later, you know what kind of ass you were taking in for your environment..
Like my cars, I get sick of what the written holy grail is to keep it. Fix what is wrong or don’t taste right.
1/4-1/2 teaspoon:
mix with mixer, it takes on a sheen, no lumps. Butter a bread pan. air out cold oven, place in cold oven. 425-450. This bread actually turns an even brown when done. Full cool, to warm.
I don’t even use butter, just break a slice off and eat it.
Can't forget the gangsta rap song while cooking.

- baking soda
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- sugar
- milk
- flour
