Unit's dad showed her how to build screens, like from scratch. Got a window, need a screen for it? From making the frame up, Unit has been through the whole process, hands-on training from the best.
Our screen door on the back screened porch, Kenny was lying out there rolling around in front of the door, and the screen was totally separated from the frame. Unit says, "Hey, look at the screen on the door." She saw it. I didn't see it. Kenny didn't see it. He was inches away from it, a medium-sized dog could run through that hole and be gone. Many years ago I had a cat that would have been GONE through that hole and up in the top of one of those trees behind our property, just to see what was up there.
We fixed the screen door, right there on the pool table as a work bench. Unit was in charge, showed me how to do it.
Anybody need a screen replaced?
