looks toasty or an off season.

we had a balmy winter, it took a wild stab at 18 below, went away...
we should hit 90 this week.

not sure if I shared this one. Click image for larger version

penobscot river in the old silverline. my passenger is my brother, drunk as a skunk.
on the shore is many people. Just to the left, the fireworks launched close enough to be worried of debris.

There was not many boats, what was there was all modern it seemed.
We heard one bayliner, not a chance it uses the crazyass block cracking water coolerd river sucking manifols.
        sounded damn good.

It was then at that moment, as it thundered off into the dark..
I looked for old pen yan style boats on craigslist.
a real transmission, a radiator, and 40mph only because that is where I felt like stopping the throttle.

        I hope it comes together..
gonna stick to this plan like the joyful rebuild of an old subaru, only enjoy myself this time.

I want a 305 chevy in it, like the truck that backs it into the river.
no bayliner mercruiser inboard outboard weirdness.
I want a real boat. with a real rudder.

I found this one on you tube, 327 instead of the old fords.

not sure of the drive, I was looking for the 69 penn yan runabout (looks very similar)
