Cool video anyway. Blown 200" 62 Pontiac, The car is a Drag car doing double duty on the salt running for Time only. It has gone as quick as 8.80 at 152 at the strip. AND that is our very own Brain Lohnes walking up to the camper giving the thumbs up.

the 392 international was a supposed diesel option.
the pontiac "slant 4" is half 389.

I was just rummagaing ebay for old international diesels..that crazy IH four showed up in the list as diesel..but it wasn't.
I love the thought of it.

Pontiac 4 was way ahead of it's time. Torquey lil monsters.
IH Scout 4 cyl were dogs on the highway, topping out at 45-50 mph but you could cruise anywhere all dy in the mountains on a tank of gas

Thanks for posting those great pictures.

The Leader Card Roadster is one I did all of the decals for a few years ago. I think I did a total of 18 different old racing decals that they needed to make the car look period correct.

If my memory is correct the people who built the car are from the Miami, Florida area.
