            • I didn't put the preliminary video because 2JZ motors aren't something I'm terribly concerned about... but if you want to see the difference between a 1JZ and a 2JZ - it's there.. let me know the tl;dr

                        That would have worked, you're thinking from another direction as I'm sure Al was thinking he had to work around the booster because that's where they belong.

                        There is another option, in the mid 60's the Holdens that came with boosted brakes had a remote booster, a VH44 was the PBR part.
                        However the do make under the hood look cluttered.
