I'm still thinking about this Dan. If I DID have maybe 100 million dollars, if I DID....I don't believe I'd spend 1.5 million on a car. Because the divorce would cost about 85 million dollars. Just sayin.

Nobody is saying what is alleged to be fake about the car. It's a 1958 race car, it was restored by the premium concourse Porsche restorer in America. Seinfeld said he'd make good on it, but the buyer won't say what's wrong with it. Seinfeld's suit is for the restorer to be responsible if something on the car is actually found to be fake.
