      And since I don't think the Studebaker name ever appeared on audio equipment, that would mean there's even less of a case. Trademarks often aren't "across the board", which is why Apple Records and Apple Computers managed to co-exist for so long without any arguments, until iTunes came out as a music store for computers and managed to be relevant to both trademarks at once. (And nobody would be able to trademark "Apple Moonshine", because how else are you going to say you put apples in your moonshine?) I've seen some lawyers argue that Ford would have a hard time if they sued a hypothetical "Ford County Dairies" milk brand for trademark infringement; a disused brand name being used for something never sold under that name originally would be an even bigger struggle.
