I'm starting down the learn-to-fly path, and flying with a friend in his Bonanza to the Reno Air Races this year. These are cool because you get to ride along, but I've not seen a video that does the Races justice. Whether it's the Formula one class or the Unlimiteds, it's just so cool to watch.... and as they said, the only pylon races left in the world.
