Things to Be Glad About

Things to be glad about if you think about it just a little....we all have some.

There's a line of trees at the back of our property. These are not our trees by quite a few feet. One of them is an old dead pine tree, it's been dead longer than Colonel Sanders.



It's coming apart in big chunks over time. We had a big blow last night when that squall line came through. I'm just glad I wasn't standing out there in the back yard at that particular time at that particular spot in the middle of the night. There's always something to be glad about.

I just buried about 40' of French drain in the yard by hand. I am really, really glad I don't have to do that every day, especially in clay soil........
