    Thermal image of my Buick's radiator
    Borrowed the IR camera we use to test electronics at work, and pointed it at my radiator. Looks like the lower rows aren't pulling their weight...

    Interesting shot. I suppose one could get similar info with an IR thermometer gun but you would need to make a drawing of the rad then fill in the temps - this is more interesting.

      Are both the inlet and outlet at the top of the radiator?

        The inlet is at the top, outlet is at the bottom. Temperatures shouldn't be dropping 20 degrees C through the end tank, however. I think I've got some sludge blocking the lower tubes.
