stumbled upon the dvd tonight while shopping at Fry's. Ron Howard steals a camaro and the entire movie is one long car chase. Great flick...makes me wish i had a hooker headers jacket.

That's one movie I've only seen once a really long time ago. I'll have to hit up the local Fry's to see if I can find it here.

It's on my Netflix list. Along with about 75 other car movies.

mother juggs is real funny. Do any of you guys remember a movie put out by I think Disney back in the 60's (I saw it in school on 8 mm when I was a kid) that had all kinds of shorts of cars I think Kurt Russell was in a small part of it.

Look closely, & you'll see the red '68 Camaro has

the optional simulated mahogany steering wheel.

Ron Howard's little brother is the kid wearing his

ball cap backward (because of early-onset

familial baldness). Ditto the reason for Ron's

civil war cap. Their Pop is also in the movie.

This was the very 1st movie Ron directed.

Wow! I saw this movie at the Drive In in the mid 70's as a double feature with Greased Lightning with Richard Pryor. I think I was around 8 or 9 years old.
