I think it's out of Omaha. DieselGeek may know the guys who built it. Its basically an $900 Fairmont with a junkyard 5.3 LS and a turbo. Goes like stink.

ya. i've done some research on it. it doesnt look very expensive and i was seriously considering doing this to the monte :o

You can use a stock ecm and harness to make it even cheaper.

you could use a stock ecm even with the turbo?

the $400 5.3 i found comes with the ecm :o

Absolutely.....We are using a 2000 Camaro ECM on our LSR car with over 1000 hp. It is a 6.0L LS motor with a 96mm turbo. Stock Harness. Stock ECM. You just need to have it professionally tuned. A stock Pontiac Solstice GXP MAP sesor will cover your boost up to 15 lbs...

Sweet......Look into truck manifold turbo setups. See the Project car thread for Red Hot Racing's Firecracker. It can make things alot easier.

Usually around $500 plus Dyno time to have it done properly. But it depends heavily on where you are located and how many shops there are in an area.

I think Tom has changed Cams, and he has a LOT of work it, was not a fluke Parish made this thing do what it does.
