Make a donation to the local PD have them block traffic for 5 minutes while the tow truck pulls it out the back?

Disassemble it and move it piece by piece! Haha.

As for a car, I have a desire to get something somewhat odd-ballish and swap a BBF into it..

The very thing crossed my mind this morning... reverse Johnny Cash that thing to the recycle yard? I found out a few years ago when cutting up a 12x60 mobile home (post fire remnants) that wd-40 goes a long way to making sawzall blades live.

Instead of CaddyHack, maybe the Landfill Lincoln.

Damn, just dawned on me it's got a passenger car oil pan. The '96 is really starting to look sexier and sexier. I have 39# injectors laying around from years ago, no miles, came from Roush and I'm guessing Terminator Mustang that got upgraded. They had a few sets for 100 bucks, couldn't help myself.

BBR, if you see this and talk to him, can you ask Pat if that '96 has motor mounts on it still? Hoping that's the same guy you were talking about.

Oh yeah, oddball.. I really wanted to do a Fox Lincoln LSC but that seems light years ago.

Yep! Good for Fox, good for truck. I'm not far from Summit here, so I would have to pay taxes. That puts it out at 180.00... For another 170.00, getting a complete EFI mill from a '96 truck (complete with truck pan) seems like a much better deal - that's just about a bolt in! Domestic negotiations are taking place, this wasn't the plan I sold the missus. The part that may make the deal, over in the lower right of that picture, is the A/C compressor.

I was eyeballing a '90 Mark 7 just the other day..... The reality of it is though, is I don't need another project car right now even though I really want one. lol.

They probably all need a spring kit if it had air springs. I did the coil replacement bit on the 90 I bought for the 302, it never did get the 460 before the city got on me about it. They were neat cars.

I'm catching the "eye" right now over suggesting this project... but there's one card left in the deck. I have the Lincoln disappear intact. I guess that would be reasonable. I'm not sure it's worth the battle to try and save it. I finally dug out enough briar patch to get to the door without bloodshed, and yep, it's a 30 year derelict Ford. The passenger door won't open, handle flops in the breeze. I didn't remember that part. lol.

The plan was to at least get in the car, open the hood, see if the crank would turn on a big breaker bar. It's giving me the finger at a very inopportune moment.

1500 would still do an EFI 460 , E4od, and a Tweecer, and a few parts. I'm going to have to go re-read on the EEC-IV but I not sure it doesn't have some A/C control in it. Considering an Edelbrock Performer is 250 used and I don't have any decent Holley's laying around, this is starting to make better sense. Better rods, better pistons, less deck, higher compression... may have talked myself into it even if I go carb'd.

well, that escalated quickly... what a crazy place, you get women and children and no owners or operational manuals for either, and dogs that understand you better that can't even talk! LMAO.

Lincoln, Out. EFI, in... I didn't remember it being 350 miles to Lubbock, that should make for a long Thursday.

Hide it in the rounding (think I could run for Congress?)

I am tempted to pay someone to Dyno tune it to see it it picks up. I really have seen no performance improvement. But I guess that means the stock tune was not that far off, or mine has that much more room. Too bad I am cheap.

auspicious start... we're off to the Llano Estacado with a touch of hangover and a pocket full of wrinkled dollar bills. Good thing it's not a cattle drive. I wonder if I can do the round trip on one tank?
