  • Retirement looms large-tomorrow is it!

Yes after tomorrow, I will be free! Oh the fun in the garage! The honey-do list is short, as we are in a new house. So the whatever project is progressing, just got the tierod made. Well next is making the rest of the front suspension. Still undecided on clevises. Rear suspension is designed, now to build it. It will be smallblock powered with a shorty T-10. When I figure out how to post some pics I will so people can weigh in on many aspects of this thing. Anyway, after tomorrow, watch out shop...

So good to hear that Dave! I know you'll enjoy it as ME and I have. The guys are right - projects will expand to fill all available time (though I'm having to take time off to let this finger heal). Hugs to Maggie and a manly handshake to you.

Thanks all. I'm still getting used to these computer things, you know these things the kids call apps and such. So far the list has not grown, the garage projects have progressed alittle bit, and I'm so not going to go back to work, well not like before...

And I promise to learn how to post pictures, and will look at this page more often. I love the insights everyone has. You know what they say, it takes a community...

There is some way to get email alerts from the forum. Might be a good idea to set it up if you are more used to email.

Dave, I did a post that does a step-by-step of how I post pics - it's pretty simple once you do a couple. I think there's still a sticky at the top of the "General" category titled "How To Post Pictures" or something close to that. Are you using a desktop or? If so I can send along directions and if I can do it you know that any other fool can do it, too!

Dan - Dave and I worked together and also did home projects until he left EPA and went to the State Of New York.
