Power window conversion

I have some window track problems with the drivers door of the Pala, so the thought popped up why not go electric. The kit prices are very low and competitive, so who do you go with? Who has actually done this recently or years ago. Did they live up to your expectations, would you do it differently, different motor, there all several different ways to go. Any input would be helpful.

The mechanisms work good - the motors have given some issues over the years. I am contemplating putting them in the truck so they must not have been too bad.
