Anyone else getting redirected to spam pages?

Getting to the point I don't even look at BS anymore. Doesn't matter what browser I use on pc. Tried 15 times just now to comment. Redirected to point sites, home security sites and icon informing of virus on pc. Odd cause I am using my phone. BS has something going on?

Strange, I never get any of that crap, at all. Maybe I know how to set up a browser properly to avoid it? I don't know.

but since the IT support on BS is not very good, I expect there's not much we can do about, unfortunately.

Yes it IS annoying! I'm sticking with it for now as I like the folks on here. Someone suggested that the core programming (Vbulletin, I guess) is corrupted and that it'll be very difficult to correct. I know that Chad is aware but so far nothing has cured it. I'm on a Mac Mini running Firefox with their recommended ad blocker and so far no bueno.

I'm on W10, using chrome browser, and since adding Adblock Plus, have had no further issues............

When it starts on mine, which is almost immediately, I reboot. And again & again. Usually takes 4-5 times & it goes away. I do not have the problem anywhere else so I do not get too excited about adding this or that to my system for it.

That's so weird because it should be fixed for everyone at this point.
I don't understand how it is still doing it for some people.
It's like it isn't refreshing to the new update for them or something like that.

Yes I’m still having this issue. Although now when I ex the 2 spam tabs I can go about my business but if I don’t close the 2 spam tabs and I click any link on the screen i see antivirus crap and my future Detroit girlfriend

LOVE IT !!
I all but gave up getting BangShift on my phone......
But I was able to add to my firewall on my laptop, possibly because i have a different server for my computer,
I don't get the adds on it.

If I browse in Chrome, I get all that crap. So I use Brave on the computer and on the Android phone, and zero popups or spammy stuff. I recommend using Brave.
