    Day 6, Lansing, Michigan
    Went to the R.E.Olds Museum.
It is surprisingly larger than we thought.
And Oldsmobile was into more other products than just cars.

DAY 7, Retraced my Route from 2019 to the Ford Museum, even the same restaurant, The Red Apple, Where I met "Jack". Stopped in to visit "Jack" a Auto Industry Concept Car Builder's Shop. (He is Retired, but still goes to his Shop to build concept products)

                    AND ON THE WAY....
Had our REAL First Mechanical Issues !!
Just after getting on the Interstate for a couple Exits, a Miss/Backfire started.
At Jack's after Breakfast, we thought it was the Points again. Did find that the NEW Best Made In China distributor I put in last year spring, the Points lobes are NOT All symmetrical !!! .002-3 between the hi-lo on the 6 lobes!
But that wasn't IT. Drained the Fuel Tank Sump too, was able to get it back to the motel.
                    (Finish this later)

                      The Ford Museum was Excellent!

The NEW RACING exhibit is Awesome.
                      Even Virtual Racing simulators.

You had to be the size of a Jockey to run one of these !!!

Then when we left, we got "Ambushed" by these Day Schoolers in the parking lot as they were going to their bus.
ALL had questions about the Car, Where we were from, and how far we have driven to get here ! Click image for larger version

                          Back to our Mechanical Issues.....
Back at the motel, my Mechanagician OK Ray, found the problem !!!
#2 spark plug, the metal tip on the center electrode broke free !!!
And even a BAD Thing can have good out comes......The metal electrode piece was long enough to stay trapped by the Ground Electrode and NOT do some Nasty things inside the cylinder......
And people call me Neurotic for packing a small parts store of spare parts in every little cranny to take along.....
Had 6 New plugs to install.
(I just put six new plugs in before we left)
The other 5 had nice tan burn patterns, so I save those for back up's.
Took it for a Couple Mile test Drive...
                          Problem Solved.

So you've been from Paradise to Hell. BTW - there's a back road into Hell that rivals The Tail of the Dragon but shorter as it winds around lakes and swamps. Fun drive.
