3d Printing - Anyone playing around with this?

Changed up my ecu cover. Tried printing from ABS. I guess I printed at too low of a temp or let it cool too fast. It developed cracks all over it and I broke it in half removing the support material. I glued it back together and it will work fine for mock up and testing, but the final will definitely be printed from PLA.

The 3d printing bug is expanding at my office. Another guy at work bought an Ender 3 V2. It is super quiet!

It's not very round but it seems close enough. I think it's the belt tension I need to adjust. The guide holes need to be opened up but I think it will work. The black disc didn't work order some cheap diamond wheels not sure how long are going to last. já

I'm chasing bed adhesion issues with PLA after switching to a glass bed. Works with ABS but I have way more PLA and the boys want stuff in those colors. Need to build an enclosure to keep the environment stable.

I need to print a Glock mag speed loader, moving to TX means I get normal mags now and they're harder to load to "full evil".

My mom likes puzzles. So I am making her a 100 piece puzzle. It has been a challenge to get them to print where they will interlock correctly.

I think I will number the backs of the pieces because being one color, it might be really hard to put together!

When it's done could you assemble it then glue on a picture and cut apart on the lines? This would make it a more conventional puzzle and give Mom a fighting chance.

It has 3d letters and puzzle.pieces so it is not just a flat deal. I will probably include a map showing where they all go.
