Gates LearJet Pocket Knife

Dad worked at Lear back when Bill still owned the joint. When Gates Rubber bought the business, they gave the employees these folding pocket knives made by Zippo. Anyone ever seen one before?

I've seen a whole lot of promo handout gadgets but I've never seen one like that one. I've even been through the catalogs where they'll sell you a thousand gadgets with your logo on it and I've not seen one like that one.

Turns out an engineer pal of mine has several of them - one from Beechcraft with a King Air 350 on it, one with a LearJet Model 55 (the one pictured above is a Model 23), and Ampeg logo (a guitar amp company).

I used to have one as a kid, but can't remember the logo. The blade was the prize.
