My youngest son is the only one of any of my relatives that has had one . He was 18 at the time and was riding his bike hard and a lot of miles and wasn't staying properly hydrated . He's 29 now and hasn't had another one .

Passed quite a few myself. Last one took 2 or so days to pass. And triggered back spasms! Got dehydrated and that was the results!

Not a 4:40am party I wanted an invitation to.
Luckily it went quicker than the one I had 24 years ago, but dang, it was no picnic.
Still, I went to the shop this afternoon.
