We did have an old prewar aircraft tug that had a Dodge flathead 6 in it, but that was dad’s. I only drove it in the fields.Doing it all wrong since 1966

To be honest, I didn't want to sell it to him (and told him that) - it was brown, automatic and absolutely the slowest car I've ever flipped.
I had a MIL that has an Arrow (or maybe it was a Cricket). Similar POS though she drove it 'till it died. The good news is that it was only a couple of years. Then they bought a /6 Torqueflight Valiant that lived forever.

I had watched the video and thought purchasing the car was fine . But just so he doesn't ever drive his first car on the street ? Sounds ridiculous. I've been to Burbank. Just parking for a half day is expensive. And he's had something like 40 cars for years . He must get free parking from a lot of friends outside LA . It doesn't appear that the garage at his house is big enough to hide Super Bee #1 . So since he can't see it when everr he walks into the garage, I don't see the point . And I thought that driving a muscle car every day was the point of the red 71or 72 road runner .Last edited by Dan Barlow; May 1, 2025, 08:24 PM.Previously HoosierL98GTA
