There's a really terrible one on the way into (out of) West Wendover, on the Nevada side (of course). He looks like they stole him from an old Las Vegas casino. "Wendover Will" I think they call him.

Wendover Will is NOT a fiberglass Muffler Man - he's made of sheet metal.
