Big party saturday...

Brothers 40th birthday, so we planned a surprise party.

We got ahold of guys he hasn't seen or heard from in 20+ years,
family, etc. and met at the park as we came off the river.

Then had a massive jam-fest back at the jam house,
some of these folks are Professional musicians,
as in they make records, make money.

We played from 6pm till 3am, I'm frazzled now,
but this was great for me to play w/ such great musicians.

Needless to say, bro was blown away.
Now to recouperate...

Sounds like a great time. Still, we missed you at Maxton - your bro-in-law will have to schedule his birthdays around the Maxton meets in the future! We'll drag you there eventually. Professional musicians are - well - better, aren't they??!! I guess the cream rises to the top.

You might have heard of them-Mark Nashaun and Chuck Bartell(Detroit area)-they
sure made it easy for me to play.

Aaahhhh, the big 40, I just did that in July. ;)

It was totally cool, we rocked the whole friggen neighborhood.

Three other local bands showed up, but
were too scared to follow up the pro's,
then were too drunk later.

Their loss...lol
