    Nice pics!

Donahue was like other drivers of his day (Foyt, Andretti,Gurney among others) who drove sports cars, Indy, Nascar, F1 anything with wheels. It sure is a far cry from the specialized driving of today.

          How do you 'splain this?

It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.

A freind of mine owns that White Elva and a couple of the other cars there... ( Pat Ryan )... but his light weight Camaro ( the original acid dipped Penske Camaro ).... is a different number and has all the right parts.... albeit totally massaged by todays standards... and it's a Serious Bad ass....

He of course has wiped every corner off the car.... front here... rear end there.... he doesn't care.... it's a Freaking Race car.... and everything he puts back on is dead nuts "right"... Cost be damned...

Hey, that Donahue Camaro doesn't need keys to start it. Hmmmmmmmmm. 8) 8)

Nice pics, thanks for getting some of the engineering details.

does anyone know what color blue and yellow are used on the Penske/Sunoco Camaro that Mark raced? I'd like to paint my Chevy C10 with the same scheme. The color i have now is close but not right.

Probably, the same '186' castings the 68-69's had, I had. Double humps with bolt holes.
