Re: The Superstitions of Racing
I have a pair of red and green Argyle print socks. My lucky socks. Whenever i went 4wheeling in my Jeep, i wear them. I wear them for other things too such as job interviews, I have been known to drive back home over 20 miles to get them when i forgot. They are uncomfortable, fragile, usually smelly, and the right foot has a giant hole in the heel. They are so haggard i have to roll the right one on like a condom to avoid ripping the sock in half. Im calling in sick and locking the doors the day my lucky socks finally cower to my kankle. I dont even want to know what happens that day.
But, so far no roll-overs in my CJ... and ive had PLENTY of close calls.
