The main problem with any forum is there will be people who use the safety of the internet to cause problems and start fights. These same guys would talk crap about someone behind their back, but not say a word in person. They can hide behind their keyboard and create chaos if not moderated. I'm betting many these asshats are the same guys we hate hanging around in person.

I've only been on YB twice so I can say any authority at all to whats going on there.
