I'm giving up broccoli and brussel sprouts and I vow

To quote an old friend of mine (now deceased) "Thank God I'm an athiest". Actually, as a Deist, I don't do the "give up" thing, which is good. With all my health stuff, the only sin I have left is decaff Diet Coke, and I'm NOT giving it up!

Re: Ok......who's giving up what for lent?
As a protestant I don't do lent . . . we eat too much to give anything edible up anyways.
But I have to admit . . . I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair reading "oldusedparts" post ;D
. . . and "20 pounds of ugly" just cracked me up . . . . ;D
PS. DanStokes, what is a "Diest"?
