110 seconds will definitely tell you if your N2O tuneup is on the money or not. Haven't messed with any EGT stuff myself but that sounds like the way to go -- much better than a wideband.
For me the challenge was the E85 part. Noone could tell me what ratio is even correct for E85 and N2O -- if you use gasoline AF ratios converted to Lambda you wind up too lean on ethanol. Your 11.5:1 works out to about .78 Lambda -- I am running in the high .6's Lambda on E85 when spraying.
NOS tech support thought I was from another planet when I told them I wanted to spray with E85. ;D
