I disagree Keith. Houses are NOT like hot rods when is comes to profit. Over the last 10 years the wife and I are up $60k spread across 3 houses. Most profit I ever made on a car was $200 on a '73 240ZOriginally posted by KeithTurkComment

Night 3, or it seems like Night 30.....my fingers feel like I've had bamboo slivers pried under them. Sue Unit's (my sweet wife's) hands cramped up in kind of a holding-a-small-object pose. She' going behind me wetting the paper glue backing and peeling that off after I peel off the vinyl Victorian couch uphosltery ugly as sin outer part.
House for sale. As is. Don't look at the wall in the kitchen.

Thanks - I would have been happier with a new motor, A/C, new bed floor, and maybe paint but this was easier to get through the GAO-Girls Accounting Office. My next door neighbor was the project manager, the wife was purchasing and quality control, and I was the scab labor.
