Ok, not what I was hoping for, but it looks like it will be a good, solid carb for ya. There are some funky goings on with the linkage, though. Different than I have seen on others.

It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.
carb was originally on a syndicate 21 foot jet boat, 454 ls6 marie engine. My brother became a partner in the boat when it was about 5 years old and as he recalls, the boat was being used both at big bear lake (7000 feet) and sea level and a couple places in between. The lack of a rear metering block reducing its tuneability is why he switched it with a 3310 with a rear block from a car he had. the partner in the boat ( long time friend of mine) kept it in an old holley box and discovered it recently and promised to turn it over to me, which he obviously has. linkage must have had something to do with that boat.
That has the good linkage. You can take the secondary safety return bar, bend it, move it to the upper hole, put a screw in the secondary shaft slider and have a progressive manual secondary carb. They rarely if ever bog with any decently tuned motor, unlike just putting a screw in the slider where the linkage is one to one
