That'd be the station just north of Omaha on the Missouri River. Not far from Scott Clark's office. Yes, Nebraska has a Coast Guard station.

Couldn't care less. I try not to be wasteful, but that's about it. That comes more from being cheap than it does from anything else. Eco Nazis always do more harm than good. I figure I've done less damage than them, my conscience is clear.
