      As for carpet, I've also had a car that I took the carpet out once. For some unkown reasons it always became dirty very quickly...

        Maybe, maybe not. But it's more likely to be driven on the street often if it's mostly legal.

        I look at it the other way...if it's on a trailer, it's not a street car

            I guess the 'Stang is no longer a street car. Rear-mount battery w/legal cut-off, 6 point cage, etc.

            But it DOES still have A/C and is fully emissions legal, given that Saleen made certified versions with a 5.8 and all mods that need 'em have EO numbers (except the cam, but hey.....).
