Our receptionsit left early today because of the freezing rain. Three boxes were left sitting unattended outside our secured lobby with USPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION bar codes on them. They were addressed to our next door neighbor (whom we lease space too but has a different address) and anyone could have picked them up and walked off. I'm sure they were scanned and then the mailman boogeyed, his butt was covered. I do not consider this a confirmed delivery myself though nor secure.
