Chev/GMC HD series (known in later years as TopKick and Kodiak), IIRC they were C-50 through C-70 at this time...Editor-at-Large at...well, here, of course!

Just go to the junkyard and get all the parts from a big truck that are not already on your small truck. Problably have to build/modify the radiator support/hinge stuff.
also dig how the big truck had little back windows....they stopped that on pickups in 1968 (federal safety standards?)
