Ugg, figures, as soon as I speak up and complain about speed, everything's fine... at least at home anyway. I just logged on here at home and it is loading nice and fast and everything is showing up as usual. It's been slow here at home for some time. Still doesn't explain why it drags so much at work, or why the ads don't show up. We have a really fast connection at work, and I have a better computer than the crappy laptop at home, but still it drags loading pages. Literally a minute per page. I'll try the cache-clearing thing and see if that helps.

I guess I'll stick to my old dentside Fords, they are a lot less complicated than these new-fangled computer thingies... (says the 28yr old electrical engineer...)

slow here too, erratic cursor. Buffer nearlyimpossible after a minute. i type as fast as my two finger skills allow.I know the buffers need realtime. I blame the net...and alot of states not even getting snow since the "land grid array" cpus..

just my 2 cents. Crazier than a slot 1 out there.

It reminded me to check the heck out of my own machine. I learned I was running less than stellar memory scenario for 5 years. I guess it takes times like this to remember how bad it used to be. At least there is no surging desynchs anymore.

and this is the only place doing it. I am also having problems with anything adoble flash, more than normal, maybe this forum uses it for something?

I think I fixed the slow site issue... I switched to Firefox. Faster than ever before! I think I may be a Firefox convert...
